About: Remilia is the Mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She is a bit psychotic and immature at times, but lately she's been more mature because of her relationship with Xan. She is currently pregnant with Xan's child, partly because nothing ever makes sense in Gensokyo. She is sister of Flandre Scarlet and adopted daughter of Tachikoma. Her clone is Kuro-n Scarlet. Remilia practices different sorts of manipulation, including darkness manipulation, blood manipulation, and her specialty, fate manipulation. Her powers are somewhat connected to the scarlet moon, but looking at it causes her to go insane.

When Remilia was young, she was meant to be a Queen. Not wanting to be stuck as a Queen just because of her parents, she asked Patchouli Knowledge for assistance and "died" for a hundred days. When she was awakened, Patchouli took her to Kurumi, who turned Remilia into a vampire. Remilia went to the mansion her parents had left her, knowing it was abandoned, and began to live there with Patchouli and her assistant Koakuma. Soon after moving there Remilia found an injured rabbit from the moon who was holding a child. She gave the child to Remilia and then vanished, never being seen again. After thinking on what to do with the child, Remilia raised her to be a maid and named her Sakuya. Sakuya's ability to bend time allowed her to survive far longer than any regular humans, and she is still Remilia's maid to this day.

Remilia left behind her younger sister Flandre, next in line to be Queen. Flandre came to the mansion once when she was lonely, finding Remilia on a night of the scarlet moon. This being Remilia's first encounter with the insanity caused by the scarlet moon, she lost control and nearly killed her sister. Remilia was forced to change her to prevent her from dying once the scarlet moon's effect wore off. Flandre quickly lost control of herself and attacked the human town nearby, forcing Remilia to stop her. She took her back to the mansion where, realizing she was too powerful, she had Patchouli attempt to seal her powers. Remilia didn't know the process apart from the fact it could kill or seriously injure Flandre, and she returned to her room, listening to the screams of her sister coming from the library. When Remilia looked out of the window she saw humans approaching. She quickly realized they were probably there to kill the vampire and her younger sister. She looked up at the scarlet moon once more... and later remembered nothing about what had happened afterward apart from "waking up" with a bunch of dead humans around.

Patchouli had successfully sealed most of Flandre's vampire abilities without causing her death. She notified Remilia that Flandre had not died partly because of an ability Remilia had not been aware of: The ability to manipulate fate.

And then there was a long time that had nothing happening simply because Reef hasn't thought of anything beyond that point.

Weapons, skill, power & ability:

Gungnir
Remilia's signature weapon is the Gungnir. The spear is described as having the ability to always pierce cleanly through its target and as never stopping during its thrust.

Fate Manipulation
Remilia has the power to control the fate of others and herself, though she does not like to use this power often. She practices it with little things and has gotten quite good at it lately. She finds it harder to use under extreme stress, despite that being when she'd normally need it.

Blood Manipulation
Starting out as a simple experiment, Remilia found she could manipulate blood. Though she rarely uses this ability, she finds it useful to keep in practice in case she ever actually needs it.

Darkness Manipulation
After being possessed by a sort of darkness, she began using her fate manipulation to learn to control it. It's difficult, and she sometimes believe it will possess her again, though she's managed to hold it off so far. It takes a lot out of her to use this, so she usually only uses it when she is desperate.

Power Boost
Remilia gets a serious boost in energy when the scarlet moon is in the sky, and an even more powerful boost when she looks at it. This causes her to lose her sanity, though, and go on a rampage. Sometimes she might even try to manipulate fate and keep the scarlet moon at the sky when she is in this state, though she usually regains her sanity in the middle of a rampage either by fighting her insanity or not looking at the moon for a long period of time. Lately she's been trying to fight off the effects of the scarlet moon when it is up, despite visibly struggling to do so.
