About: Alice was originally born in England, but her parents only saw misfortune in having a child with a rather strange left eye, so they had put her up for adoption. Quite soon, Alice was adopted by a family in Japan. They knew how to handle someone who would be the owner of the so-called Devils Eye. That was what it was called by multiple people. Her Japanese parents got her an eye-patch to cover the left eye, not only so that people wouldn't see it, but also because it would be healthier for Alice. In time Alice practised with the Devils Eye to awaken the power that it holds. It took her some years, but she became able to fully master the power. Still, She couldn't use it for too long because it would kill her.
Despite Alice just living her life, she is always being hunted by different groups. She always gets treated like she's a spawn from hell. This went on for her entire life and has turned her rather cold. She did always get high grades and at some point became a lawyer. She grew out to be one of the best lawyers out there. Then she stopped and decided to go for some more challenging work. She joined up with Public Security Section 9. This is where she still works and where she enjoys herself.
Another event that once happened was when she visited Xan's lab. She tripped and fell into a grid that was connected to the main generator. Instead of dying from electrocution, the Devils Eye became active and kept her alive, generating a rather strange exo-suit. Alice herself hoped that she would finally die and be rid of her cursed eye, but that was not the case. Whatever happens, she always seems to live on.

Weapons, skill, power & ability:
-The Devils Eye: This eye, which got named The Devils Eye, holds a rather dangerous power. Using imagination and visualising it, it actually alters reality, making that was had been visualised true. Everything happens as it is seen with the Devils Eye. This way she could completely remove someone from existence, create anything that she can visualize, options of what she can do are nearly endless. But the use of the Devils Eye comes with great risk. Using it for one minute, Alice will begin to suffer a lot of pain. Using it for two minutes at max, the pressure from the power becomes to much and Alice would die. She generally always walks around with an eye-patch to cover the Devils Eye. As long as she can't see with it, she's safe.
Another rather bad thing from the Devils eye is that whenever it is touched, it disintegrates that what touched it. Whenever the eye gets damaged, it will heal itself, severely wounding Alice with rather intense burn wounds. In this way, a lot of her body had to be replaced with cybernetic parts, including her right eye.

-Exo-Suit: The Exo-suit that Alice can simply summon onto her came to existence trough a rather bad accident. It partially covers her arms with armour, completely covers her hands which she can use as claws. It partially covers her legs, mainly just exposing her hip. And has two structures floating behind her. The right one also holds a large cannon which Alice can operate.
The cannon can charge up and then fire a black projectile completely formed of energy. When it collide, it will explode, dealing quite a lot of damage. Not only physical damage but also damaging the mentality of someone to close. Mostly they don't survive the blast, but it's handy to then be able to finish them off with, like what Alice uses, a Seburo M5 pistol. The effect of the mental damage lasts from 5 minutes to one hour.

-Cybernetic Replacements: Due to damage done to her by her own left eye, she had to have some part of her body replaced with cybernetics. At this point, she barely needs any food to survive. She still eats like she normally does to keep her strength up. Her cybernetic right eye allowed her to see thing better, but it's still very basic.
The only part of Alice that was completely replaced is her left arm. This was needed after she got into a car 'accident'. Her arm allows her to keep a very steady aim when shooting.
